In my previous role as Experience Architect at Else I had the opportunity to use dedicated R&D time to develop a project, 'Instinctively', which aims to improve the lives of individuals in the early stages of dementia. This initiative, which won three 2023 BIMA awards, aims to foster independence through habit-building, reducing the pressure on caregivers.
My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of user behaviour, and I aim to craft solutions that empower individuals while adding genuine value. I believe that valuable design is about understanding people’s needs and providing solutions that resonate.
